We use industrial Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing with water-based inks. Unlike cheap, rubbery screen prints or thick vinyl transfers that feel like a sweat patch, DTG sinks directly into the cotton fibers of the 60/40 blend. This produces a soft, breathable hand-feel and a high-end, broken-in vintage look right out of the package.

To keep your prints vibrant and prevent premature wear, follow these simple care guidelines:

• Wash: Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with like colors.

• Detergent: Use mild detergent. Do not use bleach or harsh fabric softeners.

• Drying: Tumble dry on low heat, or hang dry for the longest graphic lifespan.

• Ironing: Never iron directly over printed designs.

Note: Fresh out of the package, dark DTG shirts may have a faint vinegar-like scent from the print fixation agent used during curing. This is standard across all DTG printing and washes out completely on the very first cycle.

To keep quality high, prevent overproduction, and deliver exclusive limited drops, all of our apparel and gear is made to order. Once you place your order, your item enters production to be custom-printed, cured, and quality-inspected.

Standard production typically takes 3 to 5 business days before being dispatched to the shipping carrier.

Because orders are automatically routed to our manufacturing queue shortly after checkout, we cannot modify designs, sizes, or shipping addresses once processing begins. Please double-check your shipping details—including any unit, apartment, or suite numbers—before completing checkout.

Shipping transit times begin after the 3–5 business day production window:

• Standard Shipping (Estimated 2–5 Business Days): Your package remains with a direct carrier (such as USPS Ground Advantage, UPS, or FedEx) from pickup through delivery, offering consistent scan milestones and faster transit.

• Economy Shipping (Estimated 4–8 Business Days): A budget consolidation service (such as DHL eCommerce or UPS Mail Innovations). A freight carrier transports the package to a regional sorting hub before handing it off to the United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery.

If you selected Economy shipping, tracking pauses of 2 to 3 days are completely normal during the regional sorting handoff to your local post office. Tracking often resumes once USPS scans the package at your local facility. Please allow up to 48 hours after a tracking milestone before reaching out—your order is on its way.

Carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered while they are still on the delivery truck or when transferred to a local mail room or sorting office. We recommend:

1. Checking with household members, neighbors, and front desk/property managers.

2. Checking secondary drop-off locations (side doors, porches, garage areas).

3. Allowing 24–48 hours for the carrier to complete the delivery.

If your tracking has stalled with no movement for 14 consecutive business days, contact us so we can investigate.

Because each product is custom-printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or ordering the incorrect size. Please consult our sizing guidance prior to placing your order.

If there is a legitimate manufacturing defect, damaged blank, or incorrect graphic/size from what you ordered, we will make it right immediately at no extra cost.

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.

For health, food safety, and sanitary compliance, all roasted coffee beans and consumable food/beverage items are final sale and non-returnable. If a bag was damaged in transit, contact us with photos and we will replace it.
